Shopping Basics

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (s) if they are placed before 12 PM, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

  • Peninsula Malaysia: 2 – 3 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: 3 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working days.

No. Currently, we only ship locally to East and West of Malaysia

Payments

We currently accept Payment made via Direct Bank Transfer and Razer Pay for online banking for most major local (Malaysian) banks.

All products and transaction will be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency base.

Shipping & Returns

Once payment has been confirmed and accepted, no further changes or cancellation can be made to that order.  We strongly advise you to review your orders before clicking “Confirm Order“.  We only allow for exchange of the same item / product in different size, please refer to the Exchange and Returns Policy.

Confirmed orders are delivered through the assigned courier/shipper and will require a signature upon delivery.  For peninsular Malaysia, it will take about 2 – 3 workings days for delivery.  And for Sabah & Sarawak, it may take between 3 – 5 working days.  Please refer to the Delivery & Shipping Policy.
