EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
DON’T THINK YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT FOR YOU? DON’T SWEAT IT! DECOPACK OFFERS FREE AND EASY RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY – NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
YOU CAN CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING RETURN OPTIONS:
1. Exchange your item for different size/color
2. A full refund to your original payment or Store Credit
3. Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent.
HERE’S A QUICK RETURN POLICY CHECKLIST FOR YOUR REFERENCE:
1. Is the item within 14 days from the day you received it?
2. Are the tags intact and attached to the item? Is the item still in its original packing?
3. Is the item packed neatly and securely, together with the invoice ready to be returned?
4. Have you completed the online return form?
5. Is the item in the same condition, unwashed, unworn, as when it first arrived?
Exchange is only available for the size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for a different product.
Please note that the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items list is not available for exchange unless stated otherwise. You’ll be able to identify those items by looking at the product description view.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ITEMS DO NOT FALL UNDER THE LIST OF NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE BRANDS & ITEMS HERE
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the Online Exchange and Return request or upon request through Customer Service. You can choose to be refunded either via Store Credit or your original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery)
REFUND ISSUE PROCESS
It should take our Warehouse Team 7 working days to process the item upon receiving it, followed by the refund lead times of the refund provider.
A FEW MORE THINGS TO NOTE:
1. DECOPACK reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
2. Ensure that the refund details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.
3. If your option for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via Store Credit and your original payment method.
4. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item that was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
5. We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests of Store Credit if 30 days have passed from the refund date.
6. Any refunded Store Credit used on a new order (including exchange orders), can only be refunded as Store Credit – even if a different refund method is selected.
